[R&D Diary Vol.05] Dr. Ben: Beauty is the Science of Converting Light into Bio-Energy

Created on 03.03
Hello everyone, I’m Ben.
As an engineer, I explain beauty through science. NASA once proved a remarkable discovery: different wavelengths of light have biological restorative effects. For instance, Red light penetrates deep to stimulate collagen, while Blue light acts as a natural anti-inflammatory.

My goal was to design a "professional-grade light therapy room" that fits right into a home.
However, research showed that the irradiance of most consumer masks is only around 10-20 mW/cm². From a physics standpoint, if energy doesn't reach a certain threshold, it cannot be converted into bio-energy. To put it bluntly: using low-power masks is a waste of time—they are mere "skincare toys."

At NIPLIFE, we only do professional.
To maximize energy output, my team and I spent over 300 days developing custom circuitry and high-capacity battery systems. We insisted on using pr
emium gold-wire LED beads, the only ones capable of sustaining high-power output without degradation.

Finally, the AURORA Phototherapy Mask was born.
It features 8 precise wavelengths, but the real breakthrough is its irradiance: over 100 mW/cm²—multiple times higher than average products. This means just 15 minutes a day delivers a true, deep-layer clinical treatment.

As my wife put it: "For the price of one high-end spa session, I now own a professional device with a 50,000-hour lifespan. That's a very smart investment."
This reflects NIPLIFE’s core belief: Beauty and health shouldn't be confined to expensive clinics; they should be cultivated every day, in every beam of light at home.
